Gurinder J. Singh is a dynamic professional with a multifaceted background in the communications industry. Currently serving as Vice President Legal at Altice USA, Gurinder oversees all legal matters for the company’s advertising business. With over 15 years of legal experience, she specializes in structuring and negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts, including strategic transactions and mergers & acquisitions.

Passionate about promoting multi-ethnic diversity and leveraging diversity as a business imperative, Gurinder brings a wealth of expertise to the communications industry. She has championed inclusivity and advocated for underrepresented voices throughout her career, both as a corporate lawyer and an award-winning filmmaker.

In addition to her legal role, Gurinder serves as a co-chair of Altice’s Affinity Group AAPI Community Together (ACT), dedicated to building a community that advocates for and supports Asian American and Pacific Islander employees. Her commitment to fostering an inclusive culture at Altice USA extends to collaborating with other affinity groups.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gurinder actively participates on the Board of organizations such as the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and the South Asian Bar Association of New York (SABANY). Ms. Singh graduated from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) College of Engineering with a Bachelors in Science and Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering and later received her Juris Doctor cum laude degree from the Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan.
