NAMIC, Inc. Digital Community Guidelines
As part of NAMIC’s ongoing commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment, these Digital Community Guidelines are designed to promote a safe and positive experience for all participants engaging with NAMIC’s digital platforms. These guidelines complement our NAMIC Conference Code of Conduct and apply to all interactions and content shared via NAMIC’s digital tools, including the NAMIC conference app, virtual video experiences, and any digital engagement platforms used for the Annual Conference or other NAMIC-hosted events (collectively, “Digital Tools”).
This document is a living resource and may be updated as our digital community evolves. By participating in NAMIC programming, whether in-person or virtually, you agree to uphold these standards of conduct.

This includes removal of content, suspension of accounts, cancellation of participation in NAMIC events without refund, or, in serious cases, removal from in-person venues. Refer to NAMIC’s Terms of Participation for more information.
