Paramount GlobalDwayne Campbell is the Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Initiatives in the Office of Global Inclusion at Paramount Global, a leading media, streaming and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide. Paramount’s portfolio of iconic brands includes CBS, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Paramount+ and Pluto TV.
In his role, Dwayne works to advance and amplify Paramount’s legacy of inclusion with key external partners and audiences. He also leads myriad strategic initiatives that help to effectuate the company’s deep commitment to fostering inclusion and collaboration. Among the initiatives is Paramount’s annual Inclusion Week, a multi-day event featuring informative, immersive, and interactive sessions designed to spark thoughtful dialogue around inclusion and belonging across Paramount’s global footprint.
Dwayne joined Paramount’s Office of Global Inclusion after working in the company’s Corporate Communications division. He has held corporate and executive communications roles at Fortune 500 companies including Comcast and Prudential Financial. He earned a BA in journalism from Temple University, an MA and an MBA from the University of Miami and completed the diversity and inclusion certificate program at Cornell University. Dwayne is a former journalist and a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and the International Association of Business Communicators.
