Mike Alexander

Senior Vice President of Market Expansion and Construction, Altice USA

Mike Alexander is Senior Vice President of Market Expansion and Construction for Altice USA. As a senior management leader, Mike has built and led strong engineering and construction teams for 30 years with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and project analysis; driving results and a record of delivering measurable value.

Mike has broad experience in project development, management, and execution, including plant upgrades, new technology deployments, and enterprise-wide work stream strategy and coordination. Some major accomplishments include designing and deploying the first and largest public cable WiFi network (to which he holds 3 patents), and the first GPON FTTH deployment in the US by a major Multi-System Operator. His most recent challenge is the expansion of services to underserved areas of the country for equitable delivery of broadband services. Mike holds an Executive seat on Altice’s D&I Council, and the Black Employee Affinity Network (BEAN).

Mike continues to be devoted to his local community, where he is President of Lakeview Public Library Board of Trustees, co-founder of Lakeview Civic Association, and a lifetime member of NAACP, Lakeview Branch. He has a passion for art, music, and cars; and continues to participate in street art shows and gallery exhibitions, loud Blue Note jazz sessions, and touring about at local car shows. But mostly, Mike keeps grounded with his wife and grandchildren, from who he learns the little things that he appreciates the most!
