Amy Kemp
Amy came to NAMIC in June 2022 with 25+ years of association experience. Working in the disciplines of animal agriculture, education, and social services, Amy was experienced and poised to return to a field that had captivated her early on when she finished her first Master’s degree in broadcast journalism – the field of media, entertainment, and technology, i.e., NAMIC.
Amy has been Publications Director, Membership Director, Director for Leadership Development and Chapter Services, Director for Promotions and Partnership Development, and Executive Director. In every role, her objective has been to unite and encourage people: together everyone achieves more.
Amy is an author, speaker, mother, wife, and the co-founder of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized to encourage and inspire youth in her local community. Amy’s personal hobbies include writing, running, and working in her yard.
Amy earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from California Coast University at the age of 44. Currently, she is working in the area of her greatest passion and success: leadership development.
