NAMIC-Carolinas Mind, Body, and SPIRIT Series

Join us in a series promoting health and wellness to create a more balanced you at work.

NAMIC-Carolinas is hosting a health and wellness series promoting self-care for balance. We will feature three experts for each aspect of focus, Mind, Body, and Spirit, with a lens on how to do this as a busy professional living in a post-pandemic environment. The last in series Will be hosted by Jasmine Hines. Jasmine’s works are grounded in organization development, cultural and social justice organizing. She is a catalyst, creator, visionary, coach, Strategic Self Care consultant, 200hr E-RYT/YACEP yoga teacher, mother, and lover of empowerment. She will lead us through how to quickly refresh through meditation.
